Read. Download the Generic PL-2303 that I use in Mavericks. I started out
with this driver in Lion. Upgraded to Mountain
lion, then to Mavericks all 64 bit. The original package installer was in
Spanish. Jens, one of the Chirp programmer created
this package but it's not signed by Apple. so you right click to choose to
install. This lets you install unsigned packages.
