[chirp_users] Cannot Upload to Yausu VX-6

One word of caution before updating to Mavericks. Uninstall the FTDI
driver *before* you upgrade. This will allow OS X to default to its own
Apple driver for FTDI. Refer to the installation guide, section 4:
