You might be able to repair the CSV using a TXT file editor or a CSV file
editor.

Someone in the UV-5R group had this issue and I suggested that he put
something, anything, in the "Comment", "URCALL", "RPT1CALL", "RPT2CALL"
columns. He said that worked perfect. Even a pair of quotes ("") might be
all that is needed to do the trick.
