	I believe you meant "down load from radio".

	It is easy to remember, down load from radio, up load from
	computer to radio.

	It sounds like you are 90% of the way there. If you can download
	from the radio, then you should see any channels frequency which
	was on the radio to begin with (pre-down load).

	Next in the spreadsheet you add the new frequency/ies to the
	spreadsheet.

	Follow that with an upload to radio. Disconnect the radio and
	power cycle it. Check to ensure the new channels and frequencies
	are correct. And you are done.
