[chirp_users] WOUXUN KG-UVD1P 220mhz

Using build Chirp daily-20130515, I cannot download from my new WOUXUN
KG-UVD1P 144/220 HT. But I can using the same cable and comm. port from and
to my KGUV6D and Baofeng UV-5R.

Is this a radio setting thing or something else ?
