[chirp_users] Windows XP DLL issue

Brian,
XP SP3 is not a new Service Pack. If you have "Windows Update", make sure you select the option to upgrade to "Microsoft Update." Also run Microsoft Update several times, until there are no updates available. There can be updates to the updates that were installed on the last update. It is important to turn on Automatic Updates. Optional Updates are sometimes difficult to know which ones to install; these can relate to services that you will never use or need.
Good luck.

still no luck,,,

Help. LOL.

I can't load the Chirp programming software on my windows XP computer. Keep getting an error "application configuration is incorrect" reinstall may correct......

Anyone know what may be outdated on my computer? Some info on web say it may be an outdated DLL file?
I am running windows XP but all up to date.
