<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Brian,<br>XP SP3 is not a new Service Pack. If you have "Windows Update", make sure you select the option to upgrade to "Microsoft Update." Also run Microsoft Update several times, until there are no updates available. There can be updates to the updates that were installed on the last update. It is important to turn on Automatic Updates.
