[chirp_users] how to respond on /issues/ page

as i look closer, it appears that chirp already supports the uv6x in the
daily builds:

KG-UV6D/UV6X *(in daily builds)*


so perhaps a note on the frequency range difference is not needed after all.

so i'll quit now and do a more thorough overview of the site.
