[chirp_users] how to respond on /issues/ page

tks tom. i didn't even realize that folks not working the project could
register. i've registered now.

so are you saying that the frequency range of the uv6x model is or is not
worth adding as a comment to the feature request i cited? i do realize
there are at least a half-dozen, if not more, variations on the uv6d--i
nearly got caught by that myself when i got the uv6d, but lucked out by
getting the 420-520 range.

in any case, the version sold by powerwerx as the uv6x is a very popular
variant (i liked the uv6d so much i added the uv6x as a second unit) and i
hadn't seen that particular freq range in any of the other models. i think
powerwerx works directly with wouxon so that they can offer a unique
variation.
