Ah, yeah, thanks for catching this. This is a silly off-by-one that
affects all radios. Got that fixed now.

> None of the data on the D-STAR, Bank name or Banks tabs is saved in
> an exported *.chirp or *.csv file.

The banks may not go back into the CSV file, I haven't decided yet how I
want to do that. I'll check on the D-STAR stuff though, that should be
working.
