[chirp_users] Chirp Data transfer

I tried the same on the laptop with the USB cable on Com 5.

I DO get echo back on that (I can see what I am typing), but when I 
try to go into clone mode (step 4) nothing comes back.  It sort of 
sounds like the cable is not connected to the radio.  But both cables?????
