[drats_users] Static input of GPS

Hi John
I'm not sending the info I sent your email. For some reason even the
decimal has me out in Russia. I can't even get look up address to work.
I may get a twin serial cable and see if the GPS data going to my Icom 880H
can be sent to D-rats to the PC. I'm not sure how other 880H are doing it.
Run D Rats and GPS at the same time. I know it can't send data but using
wifi on a laptop to a router or IPhone as an Internet access. Using the
Internet preference I guess one can use that.
Not sure what the problem is but we will keep playing with it....
