[drats_users] Thread 4 on Windows using 30 to 50% CPU, GPS Parsing?

Running d-rats in debug on Windows 8 (x64) allowed me to isolate the 
excessive CPU utilization to thread 4.

Pausing that thread drops the CPU utilization to almost nothing on task 
manager.

Thread trace is:
    _match_gps [transport.py:190]
    parse_gps [transport.py:226]
    worker [transport.py:304]
    run [threading.py:504]
    _bootstrap_inner [treading.py:551]
    _bootstrap [threading.py:524]

Can not file a tracking issue:

$ nslookup trac.d-rats.com
Server:  LOCALHOST
Address:  127.0.0.1

*** LOCALHOST can't find TRAC.D-RATS.COM: Non-existent host/domain
