[drats_users] Repeater and kiss TNC

Hello, all...

This is a newbie question.  I am trying to set up a kiss TNC on the
repeater.  I can get d-rats client to work with just the TNC.  I can get
the d-rats client to work with the repeater.  But when I add the TNC to the
repeater and remove the TNC from the d-rats client, I get an error when
connecting.  The error is "refused connection."  I am using the 0.3.3
version.

Can any one clue me into what I am missing?
