[drats_users] What do I Tell my Friends??

I did set up my TNC with D Rats. So there have to be other D Rats user on
the same repeater with a TNC on line?

I thought I could use like Paclink or RMS express, With the Winlink in the
preference. I found out different. I'm back in D Star land this weekend.
Calgary AB.
I have email, I can download files. To get packet to work it'd be the cats
meow.
