[drats_users] Using a DVAP Dongle with D-RATS

I have been trying to use DVAP Dongle with D-Rats.  Using the DV Dongle
works great.  Below is a log of my efforts:

 

When I enable the Raw Data on the D-Rats port, this is what I received from
the DVAP station.   The first station is a DV Dongle connected to REF 037C.
The callsign of the DV Dongle station is KG4NXO.

The DVAP Dongle station is connected to REF 037C and it has Serial Port
Connected to D-RATS, V82. That station callsign is KC4Q.  Here is some of

Note that sometimes the short message makes the trip. I just notice that
when the message starts with 

a callsing, it is received OK.  Why do I sometimes have CQCQCQ and sometimes
the Callsign?
