[drats_users] DRATS SPANISH TRANSLATION

Thanks Dan for your answer,

I downloaded the file and compared with the existing in the V 0.33
installed in my machines then I renamed the files to active the Spanish LC
messages so now most of the GUI is in Spanis but some screen like Mensajes
and Files have their sub-menus in Spanish, would you help me to fix it ?,
Any suggestion to do ?

Feel free to send me edits and I'll put them into the tree. Use
something like poedit to edit the file.
