[drats_users] D-RATS on Kubuntu 11.10 finally running

Thanks to suggestions on the drats-users forum and a lot of research on the
net, I have managed to get D-RATS up and running correctly on Kubuntu 11.10.
Main issues were the missing GTK and Glade development suites, numerous
missing libraries and import issues with Python. I knew my checkered past
history as a UNIX system admin would come in handy - I can configure, make
and sudo make install with the best of them now. Just wish that experience
wasn't 25+ years ago...
