But you can also quit by just closing the main window (i.e. clicking the
red X in the top left) right?

Yeah, the Command-Q not working is probably related to the silly
keybinding stuff. I have a todo to populate the app menu properly, so
that it won't say Python either, and will have relevant stuff. When I do
that, it should clear up the confusion.
