[drats_users] WinLink attachment size info

Being new to the reflector I of course did not read the instructions and 
posted a response without a correct subject line. This is a res-send in 
response to a recent post about the stripping of attachments to/from 
WinLink. I am duly humbled by my mistake.

Winlink itself accepts attachments up to 120K compressed.

The message body needs to be plain text. This is using Airmail, RMS
Express, Paclink, BPQ, or any other program set up to connect to WinLInk.

D-rats as I have found, has a current issue with attached files to and
from WinLink.

But as stated by someone else, cut and paste text into the message body 
will work.

I am sure the author has it on his list........
