[drats_users] linux a language i don't understand

As mention my Window XP Laptop bit the dust. I'm trying to install
D-RATS. (chirps) later. I've looked on the Debian site looking for a
file that looks like D-Rats. I have downloaded the D_RATS 3?.tar.gz. I
tried to unzip the file into source but that didn.t work. I Cut and
Paste the sudo ??? from the D_RATS website and it did something but it
couldn't find the file.

Is there D-Rats file in Deb form somewhere. Not zipped I can
downloaded. If it was DOS i understand that a little.
