Theoretically you can with a KISS TNC and AGWPE setup. However, it's not 
something I've spent much time at all with, and doesn't seem to be used 
anywhere (which means it likely won't get any attention).

You need to setup a port of type AGWPE, connected to your server, set 
the winlink mechanism to RMS instead of network, and then try to check 
your winlink mail. Good luck :)
