[drats_users] D-RATS 0.3.3.b6 German

Thanks for he new beta. The WL2K sending problem has been solved. After
setting the program to German and restart I get two error messages "D-RATS
has encountered an error"  with a following crash. Resetting to English
makes it work again. I'm using Windows XPpro
