That's a pretty impressive exaggeration.  There have been four this
week, yes, and I've trained the spam catcher for each one after it came 
in before deleting it for the ticket system.  There were zero in the 
month of April, three in the month of March (when the spam catcher had 
been disabled due to a system upgrade).  What you don't see is how many 
it *is* catching and blocking, which is over ten per day.

I can just turn the ticket system off entirely if you like.  Happy to do 
that.
