0.3.3b6 is older than 0.3.3.

Using AGWPE, but I don't use this mode myself and it doesn't get a lot 
of testing.

Turn on the POP3 and SMTP server functions in D-RATS. Again, I'm not 
aware of anyone actually using this feature and as such, it doesn't get 
much development attention.

That's not really what it's designed to do, so I'm sure you'll run into 
some issues.

You should be able to send it to an email address (but via Winlink), 
which will cause D-RATS to convert it to an HTML message.  It will not 
be editable on the email user's machine, but it will be printable.  If 
you send it to another D-RATS user (via email, or D-RATS directly) then 
it's printable and editable.
