[drats_users] WL2K Setup in D-Rats

I'm new to D-STAR and new to D-RATS but not new to computers or setting up software.  I'm struggling with understanding
D-RATS setup though..

I want to be able to setup D-RATS correctly to check WL2K messages on the CMS servers and want to send messages using the CMS servers using D-rats.
I can't seem to get it working!?

I have a good DSL internet connection, using Windows XP pro SP3 and all updates.  I have a firewall but have turned it off to experiment still get nothing
After attempting a setup in D-rats for WINLINK I check the debug log files and get the following:

I must have initial setup WRONG!
Can anyone walk me through the setup for WL2K?

My next step will be to setup Outlook express or Windows Live Mail for an email client...but that can wait...
