<br>I'm new to D-STAR and new to D-RATS but not new to computers or setting up software. I'm struggling with understanding<br>D-RATS setup though..<br><br>I want to be able to setup D-RATS correctly to check WL2K messages on the CMS servers and want to send messages using the CMS servers using D-rats.<br>I can't seem to get it working!?<br><br>I have a good DSL internet connection, using Windows XP pro SP3 and all updates.
