[drats_users] D-Rats Presentation

I've given several dstar presentations.  I found, and I tried several variations, that to the non dstar user I was beating my head against the wall.  What I have done with a little success is having training seminars using a rat reflector.  By using a rat reflector a non dstar user can participate.
