 I've had D-Rats installed for over a year now, but over this weekend I
 have been having a problem with getting D-Rats to connect.  My internet,
 Echolink, web-browser, etc. all work fine, but D-Rats seems to be down.  I
 have attached a copy of the debug text here.  I just thought I should let
 you know.  Thanks for the software.
