[drats_users] Linux install issue

I am trying to get a copy of D-Rats on to on of my Ubuntu 10.04 boxes 
and am having no luck. I get a nag when I add the repository. I get a 
nag when I reload the repo info. and I cant seem to add a radio port. 
This is not my first install but it is the first time I have had this 
much trouble. any input would be helpful.
