[drats_users] Install failure

Wm,

The error you're getting would indicate d-rats can't find (or can't read) some of the files in the folder:
> C:\Users\wmjpalmerjr\AppData\Roaming\D-RATS\

They need to be read/write accessible. Windows (Vista in particular) has "issues" with not letting d-rats access supporting files due to file permissions settings.

Try re-running the installer, but tell it to "run as administrator" and see if that helps.
