 In trying to browse your apt repository, I get a 403 forbidden error. Is
 that repository active? 10.04 is the current LTS, 8.04 will be EOL
 shortly. The only other current versions are 10.10 and 9.10 (9.10 will be
 EOL in April 2011 as well).

 Also in 9.10+ the add-apt-repository command was added to simplify adding
 a repository. You can add a URL to your webpage and have a single-click
 install for Ubuntu fairly simply.
