 OK - I misunderstood - I thought you were trying to load the repo
 definition RPM. So you're only seeing the FC12 files? Maybe it's a problem
 with the way we have the repo configured.

 Try this from the command line, it should get you the latest beta:
 su -c 'rpm -Uvh
 http://d-rats.com/yum/f11-beta/d-rats-0.3.3b5-1.fc14.i386.rpm
