[drats_users] D-RATS.COM Yum and Apt Repository Updated with D-RATS 0.3.3b4

All,

The d-rats.com yum and apt software repositories have now both been
updated with d-rats-0.3.3b4 packages. If you're using Linux Fedora 11,
12 or 13-beta, you can use the Yum repository to install and update
d-rats. 

If you're using Ubuntu Linux, you can use the Apt repository to install
and update d-rats.
