will the email sent from d-rats pc using the tnc-x over the air to a tnc-x on a JNOS BBS work and from the JNOS BBS to the tnc-x on the d-rats pc?

  Nope, not yet.  The ratflector app doesn't know how to start the AX25
  variant of the TNC class just yet.  It shouldn't be too much work to do
  that, I just haven't done it.
