[drats_users] Is there a version for Windows 7 64 bit machine?

You might have to try a couple of different stations.  In the case you  
mention yes, I've had that happen to me also, but eventually somebody  
on that other station spots it and sends it along.  Try to get a  
couple to give you email access and that should solve your problem.
