[drats_users] Is there a version for Windows 7 64 bit machine?

Ok well I just tried this and I see it got q'ed by the other station but nothing 
came back, so I suspect the other station may have to push the send button on 
their end.

Basically done seamless.  The other station might have to put you in email 
access, but not sure there.  Used last night in my drats presentation with 
another station in Ottawa, am I'm out here on the west coast.  That was 
impressive to people in attendance.
