[drats_users] Can no longer add ports - Ubuntu

After I upgraded from a beta version of D-Rats to 0.3.2 on my
computer running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS I can no longer add or edit ports.
The screen for doing so comes up and I can enter new port information
but the new port or edits do not take affect or show up. It's like
there is some pref or config file (name and location unknown to me)
which can not be written to. Since I did not use Synaptic Package
Manager to install the earlier version I can't use it to totally
remove it. I did use the package manager to install 0.3.2 and I have
used the complete removal option to try to remove all traces of D-Rats
so that I can start clean but the port information from the old
version did not go away.
What can I do to start clean with current version? Are there files
that I can manually delete?
