[drats_users] Winmor support for D-RATS?

Hi,

I've been using D-RATS for a while, and it certainly is a great tool. I've 
done some testing to use it for ARES-style message transfer. However, here 
in Finland Winmor is becoming more and more popular in ARES-HF-networks, but 
RMS Express client software is, well, quite poor compared to D-Rats. Neither 
can it communicate with old-fashion 1200bps AX.25 network.

Might it be possible to add Winmor TNC -software support to D-Rats? The TNC 
interface is well documented, and communication is done with plain text via 
TCP/IP port.
