 I think there is a problem with attached files in 0.3.2b11.  Another
 person is going to do the tracker, but I haven't seen it appear yet.
 Three of us had the same problem, on either RF or through the Ratflector.
 We'd attach a file to a message, and everything would appear to go
 through.  The received attached file could be saved, but the file type did
 not appear to be saved, so the file wouldn't open. Trying to re-open the
 message gave the message "In use by another task" I believe.  Messages
 could not be created at that point until D-RATS was re-started.

 The files we were attaching and sending were pictures, either jpeg or gif.

 This same thing would happen every time we attemped this.
