[drats_users] Python Feedparser

I am starting to see the root problem after a little Googling.  Would a
better long-term solution be to install a separate (newer) Python
interpreter from source in it's own path (leaving the current Python
alone)?  In running the package you sent I got the following debug log.
Perhaps I have a path issue?
