Comment:

 It is probably showing up in the Outbox because it thinks it's for someone
 else.  There have been a lot of changes to make that process work better
 in the 0.3.2 beta releases, and 0.3.1 has some known issues like you're
 describing.  Since I can't change the already-released 0.3.1, the fixes
 will come via 0.3.2.

 If you were experiencing issues with 0.3.2b11 that have not been addressed
 here or on the mailing list, please file bugs for them so I can get them
 fixed.
