 D-RATS 0.3.1 Platform Windows XP Service Pack 3.

 When someone sends me an E-mail via callsign addressing, I guess you'd
 call it a file transfer e-mail, I don't receive it in the Inbox.  Event
 Log shows what appears to be a successful transfer, culminating in a
 "Message Received."  Yet nothing appears in the Inbox.

 Note, I installed D-RATS 0.3.2b11 and had unrelated problems, so I went
 back to D-RATS 0.3.1 and this is when I noticed the message "Inbox"
 problem occuring.
