[drats_users] Once Again

First off, to Dan and others, thanks for all the replies.

OK, Same cable, same PC ( and I tried both desktop and netbook) the IC-91
will work with the Echo on the repeater. I get back exactly what I transmit.
The ID-880 sends, but I get garbage back. I've gone through the menu and
don't see anything obviously wrong. Baud rate 4800, GPSTX off, etc.. Same
for D-RATS. I'm stumped and I'm going to run a couple of errands and pick
this up later.
