 The FORM function for the RADIOGRAM and ICS213 is not SAVING and Then
 SENDING

 In the FORM  "RADIOGRAM" up at the top, the button SEND does not: "SAVE
 and Then SEND".   Same is true for the FORM   ICS213

 The information entered is lost and the FORM is not sent.

 The only work-around is to first save the FORM with the SAVE Button and
 then hit the SEND Button over in the outbox folder.
