[drats_users] Ubuntu users: d-rats packages available

Hi D-RATS-on-Linux users,

If people could please test Steve's new repository of packages and post 
their results here, I'd very much appreciate it.  This is an important 
next step towards getting D-RATS into debian and ubuntu natively, which 
will make it much easier to install and update for most people.

If you already have the d-rats.com repository configured, you may 
want/need to unconfigure it before you move over to the launchpad one.
