[drats_users] ratflector help needed

Several people here run their own ratflectors.  I expect they haven't
replied because you haven't told us what you've tried, other than just
that the connection is refused.

What did you put into the ratflector dialog before hitting "On"?

With what parameters did you configure D-RATS?
