[drats_users] QST question

OK, Dan. I blew everything away, closed D-RATS, opened it and first did the
file QST and that worked (If you happened to be looking you would have see
it), then deleted that and created the 
exec QST and it worked. I set it for 60 minutes, so we'll see.
