If you send an 'email' type form, it will be converted to a normal mail
so that a regular email reader will display it properly.  If you send a
complex form, D-RATS will attach the form as a payload, expecting
another D-RATS to be on the other end.

If you need to be able to open that form, I suppose you could download
the win32 zip version of D-RATS, run it like that, and import the form
payload.

I suppose I could have yet another mechanism for emailing the form that
attaches the HTML version so that an HTML email reader would see the
printable version...  Hmm, good idea :)
