[drats_users] Help files for Forms?

Are there any Help Files for using Forms? (I couldn't find any)

In particular:
- a Form Builder?
- if I send Form info to a normal email account, not D-Rats, what is the best way of viewing the Form in, say, an Agency PC?
  (Bearing in mind that they probably do not have admin rights to install/change anything on the PC)
